The University of Mississippi has partnered with Med+Proctor for immunization compliance and verification. We no longer accept proof of immunization via fax or email.
Med+Proctor is a healthcare technology company headquartered in Nashville, TN. As with many other universities across the nation, this company handles the immunization verification processes for students. This includes automating the documentation intake and verification steps required to meet state and federal immunization requirements
Please note all new incoming students at the University of Mississippi must complete and upload their proof of immunization for MMR to be reviewed by Med+Proctor. You will not be able to register for classes without completing this requirement.
NOTE: You will see options to pay $10 to access extra benefits or “expedite review.” You DO NOT have to pay $10 to submit your immunizations or “expedite review” unless you want to. Click the option to “Submit your health forms for free without the upgrade.”
After you have attached/uploaded your proof of immunizations to Med+Proctor, it usually takes between 24-48 hours for review. This is why it is so important to immediately upload your proof of immunization after you are admitted. It is also important to continually check your Med+Proctor account to make sure they did not have any issues with the documentation you submitted.
